In the upcoming legal drama Just Mercy, Brie Larson who won the best actress Oscar for 2015’s Room plays Alabama civil rights activist Eva Ansley. Based on the characters created by Gene Colan and Roy Thomas for Marvel Comics. The screenplay is written by Megan McDonnell, Nia DaCosta, Elissa Karasik, and Zeb Wells. Larson finallys return as Captain Marvel in a non-cameo role in The Marvels, which will see her team up with Ms. Together, this unlikely trio must team-up and learn to work in concert to save the universe as "The Marvels." The Marvels is directed by acclaimed American filmmaker Nia DaCosta, director of the films Little Woods and Candyman previously, plus episodes of the "Top Boy" series. Marvel, and Carol's estranged niece, now S.A.B.E.R. Beautifully crafted based on the appearance of Brie Larson as Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel in the movie, the figure features a newly developed head sculpt.
